• Policy: Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns.

• Exceptions: If your oil bottle is leaking or the jaggery package is damaged, notify us within 48 hours with a photo/unboxing video.

• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
